Love our 25i’s and getting two more 35i’s

Have these in kids bedrooms. They are aesthetically really pleasing and so small! The 25i’s are super quiet on low and also completely tolerable when on high. I use the App and have them set to Automatic, so fan speeds change depending on particulates measured by the devices. Always goes in high when we’re cooking. I’m also getting two 35i’s for the living and dining. The App is great: super easy to use and to control all devices quickly and remotely.

Exceptional Air Purifier

We've had this 4 years now and it has worked flawlessly. The filter levels are easy to get to and self clean, other than the back filter that lasts 16-18 months. Ours runs 24/7 and the filter still lasts that long. It gets rid of cooking odors fast. It purifies the air so it's healthier to breathe through all the seasons. SO happy with my purchase!!

Great Air Purifier & Great Customer Service

The 35i does an excellent job cleaning the air in my small space of approximate 150sf. The Alen 35i is more feature-rich than my previous brand-name air purifier that cost nearly $100 more itself and filter replacements were more than double the annual cost of the most expensive top-of-the line Alen filter (and having 3 different filter options is great as well!). I love the fact that the filters contain electronic RFID chips in order to track the remaining useful life of the filter via the Alen Air app which is also great for letting you know the specific historical (past 7 days) & near real-time levels of the 3 pollutant types in your space: PM 2. 5, TVOC, and eCO2; as well as the temperature and humidity levels for up to 5 different purifiers in your home. Further the app not only uses the same 5 color rings that encircle the power button on the device; but gives you a written description of what that color means and will even identify the type of pollutant (dander, smoke, pollen, or smog) that is degrading you air quality. All of the on-device functions and settings are also available in the app as well setting up sleep schedules, etc. Got an issue with your purifier? No problem - customer service goes above and beyond and will remedy the situation quickly. Very pleased all around 5 months into ownership of my Alen Air 35i Breathe Smart. I highly recommend it.
