Returns are easy:


Units

  1. Call Customer service within 60 days from the date you received your air purifier at 1-800-630-2396 or fill out our online support form to have one of our customer service advisors help get the return process started for you.
  2. Repackage your air purifier in its original Alen box. If you didn’t hang on to the box, no problem just let us know and we can ship one to you. 
  3. We will provide a FedEx return label via email that you can print out and affix to the outside of the box. Feel free to drop the item off at your nearest FedEx location or if it’s more convenient, we would be happy to schedule a pick-up for you. Once the item has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
  4. Your full refund minus return shipping costs (dependent on the product and origination) is usually processed within 10-14 days of receipt, to your original form of payment

Filters

  2. We cannot accept opened filters in which the original plastic wrapping has been removed. Please ensure the filter you ordered fits your unit before removing the plastic.
  3. Repackage your filter in its original Alen box. If you didn’t hang on to the box, you will need to provide your own packaging. 
  4. We will provide a FedEx return label via email that you can print out and affix to the outside of the box. Feel free to drop the item off at your nearest FedEx location or if it’s more convenient, we would be happy to schedule a pick-up for you.
