Air Purifiers, Filters, & Air Quality Monitors:

  1. To initiate a return, please click the following link: RETURNS
  2. We will provide a FedEx return label via email that you can print out and affix to the outside of the box.
  3. Once the order has been received by our warehouse, we will process your refund.
  4. Return Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Although you may receive the refund sooner, please allow up to 7 business days for it to reflect your original form of payment.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We cannot accept opened filters in which the original plastic wrapping has been removed. Please ensure the filter you ordered fits your unit before removing the plastic.
  • This returns process applies to orders placed through our online store. If the item(s) were ordered through a reseller, returns must be handled with the reseller directly.
  • Boxes are only supplied for purifiers.
