How long does a scent last?

Scentra scents typically last 20-30 days with purifier set to AUTO, depending on room size and purifier size.

How do I control scent intensity?

Open the Scentra dispenser to increase intensity, and close for less intensity. Always adjust intensity with the dispenser; do not lower purifier fan speed to adjust intensity as that may compromise purification.

How do refills and subscriptions work?

You can order Scentra refills as you need them, or sign up for a subscription to have them automatically delivered at a cadence that works for you. Plus, you'll save 10% on every refill when you subscribe!
