Scentra™ Warranty & Returns Policy

This policy describes the Scentra™ return and warranty terms available to customers prior to purchase. Please review carefully before completing your order.

Scent Guarantee

We’re invested in helping you find your perfect scent. If you get a scent you don’t really like, we want to help you find one you do like. To let us know you want to try a different scent, please fill out our Returns Contact form.

A few specifics on the scent guarantee:

Scents must be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.

30‑Day Return Period (Non‑Defective Products)

  • If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days and the product is not defective, visit our Returns Contact form.

30‑Day Limited Warranty (Defective Products)

  • If the product is defective or damaged when delivered, we will gladly accept your return and provide a replacement.
  • To start a return for a diffuser purchase please contact our Customer Care team and have your order number ready.
  • In instances of frequent or numerous returns, a small restocking fee or shipping costs may apply. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges due to abuse of this policy within our sole and absolute discretion.

Diffuser Warranty

All diffusers come with a one-year warranty from the original purchase date. If you maintain an active subscription your warranty will be extended through the lifespan of your subscription.

  • Our warranty covers:
    • Manufacturing Defects
    • Products damaged during shipping
  • Our warranty does not cover:
    • Misplaced, lost parts, or products
    • Accidental Damage
    • Purchases of diffusers from unauthorized dealers or sellers
    • Damage as a result of use not in accordance with our Terms of Service

 The terms and conditions of an Alen warranty are as follows:

  • The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase. 
  • Diffusers must be returned to Alen before a replacement diffuser is issued. The replacement will be a diffuser that is the same as the returned diffuser.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges due to abuse of this policy within our sole and absolute discretion.

If you’re having issues with your diffuser and want to see if you qualify for a diffuser replacement, reach out to our Customer Care team.

We may require certain troubleshooting steps to be completed or information to be provided about your diffuser in order to fulfill your warranty claim.

Additional Notes

  • This policy applies to purchases made directly from Alen or with valid proof of purchase.
  • Scent replacements are limited to one per customer.
  • Diffuser replacements are provided as full Starter Kits only.
  • Alen reserves the right to modify or limit remedies in cases of policy abuse.
