How many filters are shipped in a subscription?: You are able to set up a filter subscription for recurring shipments of any quantity of filters you would like--be it one filter or several. I am ordering the BF35-VOC do I also need to order pre filters?: No. Each BreatheSmart Classic filter will come with one prefilter already included/attached. We recommend vacuuming the prefilter regularly, however, some customers prefer to purchase extra prefilters and change them out instead. Do any of the filters contain activated carbon?: The BreatheSmart Classic has two activated carbon filter options: the Fresh and the VOC/Smoke filters. The Classic Fresh filter has 1 lb of carbon, and the VOC/Smoke filter has 2.7 lbs of carbon.
what are the dimensions of the classic HEPA filter?: The dimensions for the Classic prefilter is approximately 15x17 inches.
What is the difference between the Fresh and the Odor filter....I can read this description but they seem very similar. Please provide more info....thanks!: Fresh filters are designed to handle non biological orders such as VOCs and smoke, whereas the Odor filters are designed to handle more biological type odors such as wet dog or stinky baby diapers :)
