Great products, terrible website

"The units and filters themselves work great. I have had a 45i for about two years which has worked wonders to rid the air of allergens for my husband who has severe allergies. I also have a Flex and a T500. The Flex and 45i are sooo quiet. You can't even tell they're running when the room is completely silent. The T500 makes a loud fan noise, but it works perfect for the small room it's in with the litterbox. Keeps the dust and odors way down. The odor filters are amazing and work really well! The website sucks. The coupon codes don't work when redeeming points, I can't see my rewards on a desktop (sent a ticket in, heard back right away, but nothing changed), and the links from the e-mails don't go where they're supposed to go."

Which side of filter goes toward machine
The front side of the filter has the black mesh layer, known as the prefilter, which should be facing out when inside the purifier. The white accordion material should be facing toward the inside of the purifier. Are these filters washable at all? Just curious…
