"The units and filters themselves work great. I have had a 45i for about two years which has worked wonders to rid the air of allergens for my husband who has severe allergies. I also have a Flex and a T500. The Flex and 45i are sooo quiet. You can't even tell they're running when the room is completely silent. The T500 makes a loud fan noise, but it works perfect for the small room it's in with the litterbox. Keeps the dust and odors way down. The odor filters are amazing and work really well! The website sucks. The coupon codes don't work when redeeming points, I can't see my rewards on a desktop (sent a ticket in, heard back right away, but nothing changed), and the links from the e-mails don't go where they're supposed to go."

- Hi, Does this unit help to reduce mold like your other air purifiers? Do I have to buy an specific filter for the unit for mold? Thank you for your reply and time.
- Hi and thank you, we currently only offer our Fresh type filter with our T500s and it does help trap mold spores that are airborne. However we do recommend reaching out to a mold specialist to look into removing the mold at its source!
